What is this thingy?
I have acquired a gasser truck that has some nice sheet metal for my Cummins truck, it's a 1983 D350 with a 360 and 727 auto. The thingy in question is/was the "RNI 2000 Vehicle Controller VIU3" it was on the inner fender well, it had a 3 wire bundle that went to the transmission speedometer input then the speedo cable went into that, there was also a cable with a loop mag pickup looking thingy zip tied up under the truck. Both these cables go into the controller thingy, couple wires coming out, fused power and ignition pwr. on. The company name on it is Rapac Network International. Anyone have a clue?
