What Hp level for Injectors?

The truck I want to buy has LOD injectors ( I think that is right ((cowboy correct me if I am wrong)) how much HP are these? It has 4" stacks and I will replace the filter and intake tube with a smooth aluminum pipe. How much HP and torque am i looking at?

POD, not LOD. POD stands for Prince Of Darkness. You'll know why when you mash the loud pedal. They're injectors made by Lucas-Delphi. Somewhat equal to 370's in a second gen. Very smokey and about the only thing other than your right foot that will hurt first gen fuel economy. I think they're 50 or 60 hp on intercooled trucks, and maybe 35 hp on the non intercooled, but don't quote me. Stacks are good. Replacing the air inlet is also good, but there horsepower gain is negligable. A free flowing intake allows the effective use of more fuel since more air is availble---this is only really true with an upgraded air filter to compliment it. For instance, with a stock intake tube and filter, I may be able to run WOT for 10 seconds in 5th gear before she gets too hot and I have to back out. With a big air filter and smooth intake, I'll have roughly the same power available, but I'll be able to stay WOT for a few seconds longer due to the less restricted supply of fresh air to keep things cool. See? Good luck with the truck--keep us posted!

Depends on what else has been done to the truck. Bigger/newer turbo? You're probly looking at least 200rwhp, 475rwtorque+-.
