The lower hose is leaking. the clamp is rusted and the hose is all old and hard feeling. I'm gonna fix all the leaks and go from there.

Braandon,

Did you get the Therm part number you needed ?

I just called Cummins, and got the part numbers for all the stuff I want to replace this spring for KDP.

Thermostat # is 3802968 $42.86
Gasket # 3923331 $5.83

Both of those are cummins numbers..

I just purchased the #3802968 and it comes with the thermostat, rubber ring, and a ''not a gasket'' piece. Is there another gasket needed?

No other gasket needed. That blue plastic piece is a template. The t-stat kits now come with them due to the TSB that was released regarding a possible no heat or overheating issue caused by binding of the t-stat in the head.
