told ya you'd like the PODs, they do make good cheap power. And I know how it goes when working on your truck and drop something and can't find it. I swear everytime i work on my truck i lose somethin and spend more time lookin for it then it does takin me to finish the project. The grass is the worst!!!

You should be fine with that grid delete in your area. Its already froze here and my truck still seemed to start and warm up just fine with mine. I'm gonna leave my grid heater off as long as I can and see if i can leave it out all winter so I can tell people how well it works in the cold or not cuz thats what people are always askin me when they are interested in them. With plenty of fuel and timing, I'm sure i won't have a problem.

Seat of the pants was a very big difference. you can feel the front of the truck raise up and she is gone. Gets to 80 mph very very easy. for something that weighs 6,000 pounds it is amazingly quick. I was seeing 34 psi before now I am seeing about 40 I am afraid to push it past 40 cause of the stock head gasket. Egt will hit 1500 degrees very quickly. I am going to have to back the pump down some cause I dont want to blow the head gasket and trying to comtrol boost with your foot is dangerous. I dont know how much over 40 she will go but I dont want to break anything finding out either.

When you can get a stage IV turbo hybrid. the extra air makes POD's sing!

I was thinking that would be my next mod but I am already making 40 psi. I dont know if it would do me any good with out the head being studded.

I make 40psi with my setup but I am at really high altitude. I have found that 40psi will eventually cause the HG to leak. I have a set of studs to put in, but no money for fire rings right now...

I am going to turn the pump down some before I do blow a hg. so would therte still be an advantage to the compressor upgrade?

The 60mm really wakes up the POD's. They push a lot of fuel and tend to run hot without additional air capacity.
How many miles are on your engine?

Just retouque the head bolts and throw on the 60mm when you can. You should be fine for a while. I wouldn't turn down the fuel unless you are too hot on the pyro. I have 361K on mine and it's pushing out a little coolant at full boost and high RPM, but I am still driving it almost every day.

The pyro will hit 1500 in about 15 seconds. What is the torque spec for the retorque?

Torque them to 125. Factory is 115.
1,500 in 15 secs is about right. THat's about what mine does.

Yea, that's a lot of temps for sure. Is your pyro before or after the turbo?
I have a water/meth system to put on and that should keep the temps more sane.
