W250 dually conversion axle wrap?

My truck has a dana 80 I believe under the rear and tonite my friend saw that as I let the clutch out while holding the brakes that the rear end would move up about 2 or 3 inches and appeared to be moving side to side at the same time. The ubolts have some sort of nut spacers on them and I cannot get the nut off to remove the spacer/castle nut. When I try to break them loose the top of the bolt will slide a inch or so on top of the leaf pack! also the what appear to be 6 inch lift blocks are hanging about a 1/4 inch of the perch in the front. Are these issues my problem? I'm thinking yes haha. also the nut on the ubolt is 9/16 so if anyone knows what size ubolts I will need. any input is appreciated.

I believe the stock ubolts are 5/8 and they should not move on the spring if properly tightened. If this is a 4x4 and the 6 inch blocks have a spot to hit the bump stop they are factory and while not the best set up they shouldn't be an issue under "normal" use.

They do have the factory provision for the bumpstop to hit and it is a 4x4. if the ubolts should be 5/8ths shouldnt the nuts be 5/8ths as well?

Yes, but you won't use a 5/8 socket or wrench for a 5/8 nut. It should use a 15/16 or 1 1/16 size socket.
