Question upper ball jts. and springs

well today while doing brakes and rotors I found my upper ball joints had popped out. I'm going to see if I can thread them back in and tack weld them.I haven't changed the front springs yet, should I change them? it kind of is low in the front. I was thinking of getting the moog 7226s springs can anyone tell me how they ride and do they top out alot on the upper a arm like a pogo stick?

I rebuilt my front suspension in January and used the 7226s springs and Bilstein shocks. They stiffened the front end but in a good way. I probably didn't need to replace the stockers and would've been fine just replacing the shocks but I did anyway. I'm sure you would be fine reusing yours. Truthfully, the 7226s springs don't lift the front end once things have the chance to move around and settle into place. Mine sits just about where it did before the rebuild.
