Undercoating a new bed?

Guys-

I'm going to be stripping of my old box and putting on a new rust free box. What I'm wondering is in order to prevent the wheel well rust like my original one has is there a recommended undercoating I could put on the bottom of the box? I'd flip it upside down before I mounted it and spray the bottom.

If you didn't want to use regular paint using a few coats, I'd highly recommend Eastwood as they specialize in auto body tools, paints, coatings, and more. They sell a product called Chassis Black and even stronger Extreme Chassis Black that is a frame undercoating paint that is some nice stuff. I just bought the extreme paint to paint/coat the frame on my truck and it involves a three step process. You apply rust converter to the clean/bare metal surface to oxidize the rust, then apply rust encapsulator to fill in inperfections, and then top coat it with their chassis paint. Seems to be a very popular choice of products that most everyone buys is pleased with.
