is anyone running this turbo setup? it looks pretty beefy, and the price seems relitivley cheap. my concern is it cheap for a reason?

I just spotted those that site today while i was on here. I believe it is a hx40 14. It looks like my long 14cm housing on my cat.

Its a fine turbo. May get a little warm at 350 rwhp depending on your setup, though. They whistle something fierce, too.

Its nothing fancy, just a HX35 turbine with a HX40 compressor. The base price on the site is for one with no turbine housing. The turbine housing shown in the picture is either the non-waste-gated 12 or 14 cm long outlet housing, meant to be used directly in place of the 12 or 14 cm waste-gated housings.

You can buy the parts to hybrid your current H1C or HX35 for anywhere from $250 to $350.

It will definitely get hot at 350hp, I'll put it to you this way, if you tow you'll be watching the EGT gauge with one eye and the road with the other at 350hp. I was there and did that.
