i got my new turbo today and i can't find where it says HE351 on it anywhere. idk if or where it should but its not as big as i thought it would be so im double checking (since i got it on ebay). and it also has a slight amount of side to side play...its not much but none at all front to back. thanks ahead of time you guys are great

 

My HE351cw has a sticker on the wastegate actuator. I didn't find nothing anywhere else on it showing what it was a HE351cw. Your turbo is probably ok with just a slight amount of side to side play, that will more than likely be taken up as soon as oil pressure hits it. Good luck with it.

 

Does it have a threaded port or electrical soleinoid on the compressor outlet?

 

Mine has a threaded port with a electrical solenoid in the threaded port. Why you asking sdubfid?
