TRE taper questions
I want to make an adjustable drag link to get my steering centered properly. With the stock one being fixed (what was dodge thinking.. oh ya how to make them as cheap as possible!) it is not possible. I can make quite sharp left turns but right turns are pretty wide.
I need to know what threaded TREs I can buy that match the taper of the stock arm. I am then going to buy a length of DOM tubing and some threaded inserts to make my own.
This site lists the tierod tapers and parts, but not if the draglink is the same.

Cut a stocker into two pieces 9 1/8 inches long and thread the piece that hooks to the pitman arm RH thread and the piece to the steering knukle LH thread. Sorry don't remember the thread size but I used a threaded adjuster from a second gen track bar or center link. Works great. Superlift has one available already made up but seems like it was around 250 bucks.
