I have I believe a front seal going out of my transfer case, is this something that I can replace while its on the truck or does it have to come out to be replaced? How much would a rebuild t-case cost to do ? Is there anyone out there that rebuilds them just to replace the whole unit ?

 

Front output seal? Yes it can be done in the truck.

Most rebuilt cases from shops are $500-$1000.

NP205's rarely need to be rebuilt other than some seals, they last a long time.
