Tranny Line

Need help guys, I have a line leaking on my 92 ctd, auto, It is the line that goes from the drivers side and goes under the trannsmission to the passenger side and goes straight up. it has a sensor in the line where it connects up to the drivers side,,,, i called dodge and they can get me one for $289.00, is there anywhere else i can get this line,or can i get it made... Thanks GUYS

Try a good hydraulic hose supply store. They should be able to bend & braze anything you need.

please elaborate; like the actual line, prebent?

i can't even get the correct size tubing from any napa near me, much less a prebent line.

It was a prebent tube. We found it in one of the catalogs.

ter100 on my 92 auto I had a line leaking and as a quick patch I used a piece of high pressure hydralic hose I had. I cut the line where it was leaking and took out about 2'' and slid the hose over it and double clamped it. It's been 6 or 8 months ago and forgot about it until you mentioned it in your thread. No leaks so far. Good luck.
