Trailer Hitch

Does anybody know where I can get a class V 2" receiver hitch for my first gen? I have been looking a little bit and was hoping to find out what hitches you guys are using. Most of the hitches that I have found are not built for our truck. I want to get rid of my old original class III hitch.

Thanks

Go to your local RV dealer and ask them what companies offer the class V for your truck then just to make them "feel good" ask them to get you a price. Then go home and look up the companies that they told you about and price it from them. Just after they give you the price ask them for the part number and say to them that when you are ready to by it you'll give them the part number so they don't have to look it back up. Once you have the part number it will be much easier to find online.

Hey Waldo, If you just GOOGLE hitches you will get tons of info for all the hitch makers. Reese and Valley are two of the most known that i can think of right now. Try it and see what happens . It will save you driving time and fuel...... Good Luck Augie Dog
