Torque settings needed

Does anyone happen to know the torque setting for the nut on the front of the injection pump on my 1991 D-350 and the exhaust manifold bolts, doing a little maintenance this weekend.
Thanks in advance.

in the sticky
Manifold sequence- cylinder4,3,5,2,6,1. Or 3,4,2,5,1,6. Start in and work out. When the manifold is loose you can barely get all 12 in, once you tighten the middle 2 cylinders, the next two get tight, and the outer 2 get loose. There's a lot of "squish" there.

Initial torque is 18ft lbs. After you tighten the pump mounting bolts and remove the timing lock pin you tighten it to 48ft lbs.

I'm late to this party but my pump builder, Giles, recommends 75ft. lbs. on the pump gear nut.
