Throw-out Bearing

Has anyone had experience with

SKF N4070 CHICAGO RAWHIDE BEARING $63.99

Is this only a bearing?? or entire assembly??

Is it worth the extra money compared to

BCA #614070 assembly $47.77

TIMKEN #614070 assembly $53.99

This brings on another question.

BCA and TIMKEN have the same part number. Are they the same bearing in a different box??

If not, which is best??

I would say they are all equal in quality. I've put a BCA brand one in and didn't have any problems for a year untill the rear main started leaking.
