There is supposed to be a little piece of linkage between the throttle cable and where it hooks to the pump, plastic I think, and on my truck the PO put a piece of coat hanger in there because I guess it broke, the dealer wanted alot for that little piece of plastic and finding a 91-93 CTD in a junkyard around here just ain't gonna happen! Anybody know where I could get one of those cheaper? The reason I ask is someone told me that the piece of coat hanger could stick wrong and cause my throttle to stick but this hasn't happend yet in about 7-8k I have put on it. Should I mess with getting the linkage and does anybody know where to get one other than the dealer, or should I just stick with what is already working?

Check the part number index. There is an upgrade kit available for the throttle linkage that gets away from the plastic ball ends anyway. Doesn't seem to expensive.
