Ever consider going back to stock if you live in a colder climate? It kind of hit me on this crisp night and was wondering if it would be worth it.

I've never had any issues either. Was just wondering if it would be worth the trouble.

Not worth the trouble. I really don't think you'd gain much, if anything by swapping to a shallow pan for winter. The added capacity of the deep pan is still an advantage in the winter...it just takes the fluid in the pan a little while longer to warm up. Considering that the trans fluid also runs through the cooler in front, as well as the engine coolant, I can't see it being a problem.
