They told me to Introduce my self

Hi my name is Tyler and I have a 93 extended cab 4WD. I love it. All I have done is put some MT 285s and they are great tires. I want to beef up my frame for my stearing because I broke off my stearing box once. Some one told me there is an angle bracket you can get but I haven't found it. Also looking for a good 4 in exaust, turbo back, but can't find that either. I have it strait piped right now w/ 3in and the timing makes it sound like a tractor. Its a unique sound. Also looking for a Tach, Pyro, Boost, and oil pressure gauge were I can pedisal mount all 4 gauges on my dash. I am thinking about installing a 3200 RPM govener spring and tweaking my VE pump but I think I should wait for gauges. I really appriciate the people on this web site that know what they are talking about, because they are very helpful to my trucks well being. Did I mention that I love my 93, my girl gets jelous. I will never sell my truck. If anyone out there wants to talk diesel or has some advice let me know.

Welcome to the site and enjoy the comrodery and knowledge. For the exhaust I would suggest STANS, do a google search for them they make a good system for our trucks. I can't help with the bracket for the frame but if you do a search in this forum and also check out the sticky at the top of the page there is a bunch of great info in there. Just no question on here is a stupid one (unless I'm the one asking ). Good luck and welcome.

A friend of mine just recently found that bracket broke in two on one of his W-350s.

This prompted him to examine the others that he has, and he found all of them to be broken, or cracked real bad.

From what I gather, this is a common malady.
