I may have a chance to get a core, and i have a hookup with parts and what-not. I think ill probably buy and build one just because i have the opportunity right now to do it for cheap. This thread will just give me an idea of what it may/will take to do the swap.

Maybe we can start a list of things that need to be done/changes? Here's a quick list i tried to come up with off the top of my head. Any input would be appreciated.

T-case
Drive shaft lengths
adapter plate
starter
flexplate
cooler
lines
tv/kickdown cable
switches for od and lockup

 

The OD switch is wired in the dash harness just needs hooked up and the underdash wiring run. You could run that wire and the lockup wire then use a 94-95 PCM. You will also need TPS and that wiring if you want it to work that way.
