47rh and getrag 205 t-case.

I am gather info to do a 47rh swap for a buddys trucks. He has a getrag now but wants a ATS 4rh. Will the getrag t-case bolt to it or does he need a auto t-case. Thanks

The getrag Tcase has a different spline count and a larger front bearing.

You need the auto Tcase. Those are easyer to find than a getrag Tcase.

OK thanks thats what i thought. I knew the auto wouldnt work with the manual but i didnt know if that was the same from man. to auto.
