Swapping an auto out for manual tranny

Hey guys. I'm back again. Just bought a 92 W250 with 239k miles on it. It's totally stick except for the rims. I'm wondering how hard and expensive it would be to change the automatic tranny out for a manual one. I'd more than likely be going with the getrag tranny to put in if I do it. Thanks for any input

Easiest way to do it, is find a non running donor truck. That way all the parts are there (usually) and you will see how to position everything. Could not tell you about cost.
