Just got a Stock 91 D250 with 260k. Standard Cab 8ft bed. I have a 97 12v in sig and know about them.

I just picked it up for $900 had not been started in 2 years!
Put a new Battery in, bleed the fuel system via Banjo bolt. And it started right up in 2 cranks! Now its a Transmission shop in San Luis Obispo, California Called American Gear the owners name is Mat. The Clutch pedal was floppy so a new master cylinder was put in now the clutch is engaging oddly. I told him to do what ever he needed. After that I am going to Drive it around and then do paint.

Also Check the "Sticky" for all the info you'll ever need.....Write up's and Videos on how to turn up the pump, increase fuel delivery. How to go fast on the cheap basicly.

You're gonna forget about that 97 after you start on this 91....

also, Is the truck intercooled or no? 91 was a half year.......

Have the dude put 5 qts of synthetic 5w30 in the tranny...otherwise you never know what's going in there and how much!
