Startus Interruptus

Went to Radio Shack on black friday to buy some non-extitent product and mt truck wouldn't start. No clickey, no nuthin' but all the dash light came on as normal, so I figured it was either the clutch switch or the started relay. There was a crappy van parked so close to my drivers door that I couldn't get under the dash and I was backed up against a light pole facing uphill so I couldn't pop start it. Wife had to come into town with the Jeep and a strap to pull start me.
Didn't work on it until today, too freaking cold.
Found the switch with the stick still jambed in there from 10 years ago, but it was open circuited, so I unplugged it and just cut the wires, wire tied them and plugged it back in. THAT WAS IT!

Who 'da thunk it? Just don't forget to tell anyone who might have access to your truck that it WILL start in gear...

I am afraid the park brake will slip on a hill and it will start and kill houses and people.... Got to get that kill switch fixed up!

Install a solenoid to default your shutdown lever to no-fuel, MicoLock on your brakes...

Replace the interlock switch.

I have a continuous duty solenoid to connect to the shutdown lever. I just have to do it. Hard to do stuff that isn't immediately necessary.

Just need to remove the spring on the lever because I need it to default to off instead of on.
