I want to try a turnout stack(s), everybody that I have talked to with them says they are quiet.

What'd you do with the tires that were on those wheels ? the "mud terrains" i think they were. maybe i'm seeing things but that tire looks different than what you had on those chromies the last time i saw them.....

If I open the slider on the back its loud but close that and its pretty nice. You can talk normal, radio can be low and still heard. Mine are pretty high. Must be 10 inches to a foot above the cab.

i wish the 93 had a slider

no slider + no a/c = hot

something about the body work and mis-matched colors on the 93 gives it tons of character.....

Think the Ex cab makes it a smidge quieter?

When I had the 5" on it was a lot quieter it was also 8 or so inches above the cab

I thought you had a hood stack? or did you decide to change back? looks good though. Turnout stacks are quiet if they are pointing away from you, but whatever they're pointin towards, its really loud, Like when i put the turn out hood stack tip on my truck, its really quiet on the drivers side when its idlin. But when you get outside on the passenger side, then it is pretty loud, it echoes off buildings and stuff a lot more too and makes it louder.

Mines about 3-4 inches higher than yours cause i have a headache rack, and with the slider open its what I would consider "rude loud". I have a full stereo and even with it all the way up you can hear it. But, as much as I complain about it, nothin like the noise it makes havin a little fun... pure evil.
