Springs and Shoks on a 2wd???
alright looking to upgrade the stock suspension on my 89 D250, looking for a sumwhat smoother ride and deffinaly more height would be great so can anyone recomend any good front shocks and springs that can either get some good height for the 1st gen trucks???

Yeah its a trade off. But you can get heavy duty coil springs from NAPA and a decent pair of shocks and she'll be like new again. Not too bad of a job yourself, just time consuming and only about $200.
