Speedometer problem

1993 d350. All stock. The odometer was working but not the speedometer. It bounced at 30 mph when I was running 60mph. The tps was starting to act up. It would shift to fourth but I had to let off the throttle to get it to. So. I replaced the tps and the speed sensor at the same time. Now it won’t shift to fourth and the odometer doesn’t work. The speedometer doesn’t move at all. I have check the tps and it is getting 1 volt at no throttle and 3.7 at wide open throttle. Does anyone have any ideas. Is the speed sensor tied to the tps some how. Also now my cruise doesn’t work now. It did before.

Did you check for voltage and ground in the speed sensor plug? I recall there being a couple ground splices in the harness that go bad.
