Speaking of brakes

If you toss fresh pads on the front, and have trouble getting one caliper opened enough to get it over the rotor, then have a grinding sound once you hit the brakes, pull the wheels back off and check that you don't have one of the inner pads in backwards.

Sure glad I got the hi-temp never-sieze and put the new shocks on and slathered up the caliper slides last night. I now have one warped and worn and one chewed up rotor. Probably would have put them both on anyhow.

Oh man....that sounds like something i'd do, i'm always in a hurry! lol That does suck though.

It'll run til I can gather the parts to replace them all. Time for new hoses too. They aren't looking too good at the frame end. I'm thinking of calling that classic auto tube or whoever it is that I've read about on here, sending you a complete set of pre-bent tubes and hoses.
