Somthing pretty cool
My sister's step son has been working on r&d on this and will be on the pit crew. Nissan contacted him some months ago and made him an offer he couldn't refuse.

Very cool....you need to watch a couple of the other vids to understand what this Nissan car is all about. 
It's a front wheel drive powered by the gas engine, and rear wheel drive that is electric....I watched a 16min vid by a fellow who explains a lot of the mathematical and probable working theory of the car....very interesting!
