after i pulled the grid heater wires off the truck stop plusing. the charging system was good, but i just put in the new air temp senser and connected the wires to the heater again. it worked no plusing nothing, it worked good for a few days, today i took the truck up to albany about a 2 hour ride and on the way there it started plusing agian bad worse then befor. soo i pulled the wires off again didnt seem to help the problem, if i pull the wires off the vr it stops but also stops charging. i know i have good grounds a made a nice harness to ground the alt to vr to batt. so what else could this be? will a bad alt do this? also has any one had there alt converted to 1 wiring.
