Silencer Ring
When I got my hx-35, it didn't have a silencer ring, but it had the snap ring. Would it be louder if I took it out or not? Putting in an Old Smokey mount next weekend and will have it apart.

it shouldn't change if you left the snap ring or took it out.

yeah i doubt it'd change anything, but i'd take that snap ring out anyways. no point havin it in there.
