Sdx injectors

Question Sdx injectors

I was wundering whick SDX injector i should get that i would be able to keep under control, i am ton between the 80hp and the 140hp injectors, i was wundering wat i should with, i have a 60mm compressor and 16cm houseing with a not touched injector pump except fuel pin, also if i were to go to the 80hp would i get better mileage?

I'd say it depends on what you have planned for the future with your truck. If you're planning on keeping it as is I think the smaller ones. I believe smaller would get slightly better mpg's.

Bigger injectors = more fuel/more heat. Solution = more airflow.
I had the same turbo setup with 40hp injectors. For the most part it was fine but would get a little too warm for comfort margin when towing.

So what do you guys recommend then, they make an economy injector but i dont know if it adds any power

It will ultimately depend on were you want to end up with your mods and how you will actually use your truck. You can gain a lot of power without murdering your fuel economy. It's all controlled by your right foot, really. Being able to use that power is a different story. It is a compromise or balance situation.

your best bet is to call them, tell them the application of your truck and they will either recommend an injector or custom build one to suit your needs
