Also first time i have ever seen an LE with the fancy door panels but with MANUAL windows? it has all the other LE stuff though like the woodgrain and the doorpanels

I'd built the trans in it, some pump work and Roll in it for sure.

I seen that one. I'd say the power windows gave out and someone swapped in the manual crank doors. That one has seen better days. I bought a 92 Scotty D350 last spring with a gas engine. I just recently converted it with a 91.5 Cummins AND getrag 5 speed.

I doubt it on the Power windows giving out, Notice if it had power windows there would be that big square cutout for the power window switch. There is just factory material leading right up to the crank that's why i figured it was factory. It is possible someone redid the door panels though and maybe recovered them? lol who knows.

 

My LE 89 has manuel windows.
