That's the problem! MOOG sells an aftermarket spring that is the super heavy duty and fixes that sag. It actually lifts the front end up so that the truck is pretty much level. I have some pics that I will be getting on here real soon for some other folks (I have not forgot). Installing them were the single best non-engine improvement i have done to my truck. The spring is part number 7226S. The normal spring is the 7226. There is about a 500# capacity difference (if my failing memory remembers correctly) between the two springs. I had them ordered through a local auto parts store. My truck had also have the heavy duty factory springs installed by the previous owner and they sagged from the day I got the truck.

Don't use blocks up front, it's not safe, and most places, illegal. To get a lift from air bags, you'll get a stiffer ride. They're just to releave your suspension and level you out when under load.
