Cool... sounds like a good time.. To bad I am on the other end of the country or else I would have stopped by!! I just did mine and it was also 1/4 out, still inset but I was able to tap it in a good 1/4...

heheh Thanks to Tom for hosting, it was a lot easier than I thought because I didn't have to mess with the coolant system, I just removed the fan base and shroud and went to town... I found a loose cover bolt that I ended up loctiting/torquing.

Was good to get some first gens together!
