Rust on flywheel

I had my flywheel surface 2 weeks ago. Since then it has developed surface rust mainly where finger prints were. what should I do?? I sent a call over to SBC where the work was don't to ask for there opinion on it but the lines were busy. Any thoughts?? I have scotch brite pads and other options for rust removal. Or should I just run it. I'm going to see if it wipe off with a rag and brakeleen.

Scotchbrite will be just fine. Things like brake rotors, drums and flywheels rust all the time while installed, we just don't see it.
