Running lights
The bright square ones are headlights
The yellow ones near the bumper are front marker lights
The red ones in the back beside the tail gate are tail lights, or rear marker lights
The two outside lights on the roof and the two outside lights on the tail gate are called clearance lamps (Shows how wide is the vehicle)
The three in the middle on top, and the three in the middle on the tail gate are called identification lamps (indicates a wide vehicle)
The two lamps on each rear fender are called side marker lights.
Clearance, side marker, and ID lamps are required on a 1T or larger truck.
All of this is federal requirements.
The marker, clearance, id and tail lights collectively are called parking lights. (on a pickup)
If I'm not mistaken, Mopar refers to the yellow plastic covers as "stone shields" and the OEM part number is: 3738 011. You could phone the parts desk at your local Dodge dealer to see if those are still available.
Also note that Hella once manufactured chrome colored replacements. The Hella part number was 79726 but they are now long out of production
.
Several years ago I cracked all five of mine by running 168 bulbs instead of the lower wattage (and cooler) 194's. I now run LEDs, which are much cooler than any incandescent bulb.

I could be mistaken but, I thought DOT regulations said that any vehicle 80" or wider is required to have clearance and identification lights.
If your not a commercial hauler DOT doesn't care if you have upper markers on a wider pickup. I asked a few DOT officers about that before I changed out my cab. I didn't want the factory installed roof leaks on my new cab.
