Replacing oil pan gasket. RTV or no RTV?

Replacing oil pan gasket. RTV or no RTV?

As it says, dry or with sealer? It would probably help if I knew if it was a cork gasket or other. I haven't opened the box yet. I do know that the next time I do this I am not going to want to deal with scraping silicone. Thanks for advice.

I did the last 2 I did dry, the one I took the pan off and it was still a bear to scrap the gasket off and it was only on for 2 years.
