Replacing block heater?

After I got my truck I discovered that the block heater had been removed at some point....The power cord is still in there, but the hole in the block has been filled with a standard freeze plug.
The only block heater I have found is this:
http://www.napaonline.com/masterpage...eeze+Plug+Type
The problem with this kit is that I have nothing to screw the heater into! What is the part number I need?
Here is a pic of my engine block where the freeze plug is...you can see the power cord hanging there below it.
Last winter I had some cold weather problems and I want to get this going before it gets cold again.
Any cummins dealers are pretty far away so I thought I would ask you all first. Thanks

That is really supposed to be a freeze plu. The block heater threads into the block further back from there. Keep looking, you're in the right area.

I have 4 freeze plugs in a row, nothing with any threads. Where exactly is yours if it isn't right behind the filter?
There is nothing visible within reach of the original power cord.

I just bought one from the Dodge Dealer here in Moncks Corner... Part #7661058-3... I think that is a Dodge # but the heater came in a Cummins box. That # is for a '91 and fits in there like a freeze plug but with an O-ring and a socket head cap screw to pull into a little bracket that comes with the heater... two prong connection.

Just go to a truck parts store and tell them you need a block heater for a 6bt. Shouldn't be much of an issue there.
