Rarity of W-350 SRW
Mine was a 5 spd srw W350 LE regular cab and was almost perfect when I got it. But for some reason I cant leve any thing stock. did some pump work then turbo then G-rag went and I put a 4500 and now an Allison 545 to be diff. I may go back to a 4500 some day.
I am in the process of getting pictures of the 7in Stacks up. I just got them on this weekend and pulled with it on Saturday Night. Talk about something that sounds good. Looks like a W-350 is just not a real common truck.
Are SRW 350s any more common with a gasser? I almost traded my 95 Accord on one that had a 318/auto. I buffed it and polished it at the bodyshop I worked at. Interior was mint and after I was done with it, it looked like new on the outside as well
My neighbor has a SRW 350 2 wheel drive - 91.5. I'm sure it came that way. I just got done puting a smile on his face - pump tweaks. Like I told him - that's just a teaser - more to come when you get a pyro.

Here you go for all you Dodge nuts, at work we have a 1992 Dodge 1 ton. Single rear wheels with a 5 speed manual transmission. It is a regular cab with only 78,000 miles on it and it is a 4x4. Now the thing is that it is being leased to us for 1 dollar a year. It orignally came with a 360 gas and has long ago been replaced with a 12 valve cummins. Now I went to go and get new calipers for the front and I couldn't find them anywhere. Finally found the part and it was listed as a 1989 general purpose brake caliper. I found that kind of wierd. That and I was told by some people that have worked there for some number of years that this truck was not built on the assemby line. There are a lot of things that just don't add up about this truck seeing that I can not really take a part in and say that it came of such a truck, I just give them the part and let them work their magic. You see this truck was built by dodge on the side for Cummins and it still resides there and we are still getting our use out of it.
I guess I have one too, Fully loaded Reg Cab 5spd. I believe on top of just the thicker spring packs the w350's have 3" brake shoes on the rear and larger splined axleshafts in the rear end.
I am not sure about the w350s,,, But I have an early D350 SRW model with a 5 sp,,,, As near as I can tell it was a very early 89, It was produced in september of 88', and the vin shows that it is # 940 off the assembly line,,, I dont know how many were made with the cummins at that time,,,,, Mabey it was the 940th, or the 1st,, who knows,, But my grid heaters turn on at 15*f,,,,,,,,

The cheapest I know of is GMPartsdirect.com Shipping is a little high, but they are heavy. If you are in with a GM dealer they can be had for a little more than that, no shipping. GM part # 15635530. Other than the lug studs are 9/16, I am told they are a direct replacement for a Dodge. Can anyone back this up? I am going to use they on mine.
There happens to be one in the Auburn Trader magazine here in Grass Valley with low miles on 'er for $7,000.00. 4 x 4 even. Just came out. www.auburntrader.com. Scroll to the left to transportations and it will lead you to the 1990. I see the picture in the paper, not on the site. Looks pretty clean and well cared for.

i drive a 90 SRW W-350.
