Question on transfer cases

I am looking at 2 different transfer cases for my crewcab/ cummins swap. One is a divorced NP205, the other is a divorced NP200. I can get both for the same price, from the same person. Both are in very good condition. I am leaning towards the NP200 because it has 2 rear outputs with one being used as a driveline brake.

So which one do ya'll think would be better behind the cummins?

Also this will be my daily driver when finished.

Thanks for your help.

i think the np205 would be the best bet, those things can take the biggest of the beatings, and they come standard on all cummins equiped trucks, the np 200 is more a gasser application.

NP205!

Why would you need a driveline brake in this application?

The reason for the driveline brake is because I am going to put rear disk on the dana 70 and will no longer have a parking brake.

Thanks for the opinions so far.

There are several companies that make an add-on driveline park brake which mounts up to the NP205, might try Google. At least one uses a disk and mechanical caliper applied with the existing cable.
