Got a pyro gauge from highway truck and the ppobe is to long to fit manifold where can I buy one

who makes the gauge? you need to determine that and also the range so that you can buy the correct thermocouple (probe).

You could always put a nipple into the manifold to extend it up so the probe doesn't bottom out.
