Hey I'm just about done putting the pump back together but the part I'm stuck on is putting the top diaphragm back on. The fuel pin hits the little bolt in the shaft where it goes in, if that makes sense. Any help would be really really appreciated as I'm waiting on this!

Get a pencil or something and reach in and push the pin into it's hole.

That happened to Me too, a little push is all it takes.
