Well i dd the full fuel adjustment and the smoke adjustment on my truck, and what a marked improvement!!! I was wondering how much adjusting the diaphgram and star wheel will effect my power output? I just hate taking it apart if it will be minimal improvements.

The full-fuel screw is really the meat and potatos when it comes to adding fuel/power. Consider AFC adjustments (smoke screw, starwheel and cone angle) a way to tune for how aggressive your full fuel setting is. Having said that, playing with the AFC settings is a great way to tune the truck to your particular driving style, and for the few screws it takes to get the top off, it's well worth diving into in order to get custom tailored fuel delivery.
