Pull Window Glass

I checked the sticky and the inside pics were helpful, however, I don't know how to pull the glass. I am prepping for paint and need to know who to drop the vent window. Thanks for the help.

Take the door panel off and there is one or two bolts that hold the vent window/window track in. Then there are two phillips screws that go in from the door jam toward the front of the door. Take the vent window out the slide the door glass forward to get it off the roller on the regulator then it will come right out.

Did you already take the seals that wipe the glass off the inner and outer sides of the door? If I recall, they need to come out to give the vent gizmo room to move.

Got them pulled. I am worried that I won't be able to get those after market, especially for the rear windows. Trooper are you busy this break? You might think about coming out and checking my conversion, I am working on the body work now, and I might even pull the drive train and actually start the conversion.

I would love to take a look. I am working on mine as well. I have been updating my thread in the conversions section occasionally. I have updated my blog more faithfully, it is hard to keep both fresh. Since I use my blog as a hosting site for my pics. It is always the most up-to-date. I'll send you a pm to work out some details on a visit.
