There have been quality control issues with Skyjacker springs. People are having sagging issues. Here is a link to the thread.

this is a sad thing with the skyjacker springs sagging, I installed there 6 inch
system 8 years ago and my truck sits the same now as it did 8 years ago,
what they have done is cut some corners on quality to save on manufacturing
costs, its a shame, shelby

As long as you keep poly bushings greased they'll be fine. Once you start letting them dry out they will moan at every pot-hole, nothing you can do about it, its just the nature of the beast.

Sure am havein a hard time gettin the bushing for the ole Dodge. Has anyone redone the spring, shackle and sway bar bushings front and rear with urathane? The hard thing seems to be the shackle and sway bar bushings. Is there a trick here like the bushings for something else fits these things. Can't seem to get anyone to find these parts.

thanks

Did you try calling espo? When I called them I actually had to go measure the spring eyelets because there was evidently alot of different size bushings that dodge used. When you measure them be sure to remove the bushing and the bushing sleeve. You will no longer need that metal sleeve that goes over the bushing, but you will need the sleeve that goes on the inside for the bolt.

yeah sent them an email but they don't have what I need. Maybe if I call we can make something work. They don't have the sway bar bushings and the 1.25 only in rubber. I will have to check the actual sizes but I would like to get all poly if I can. It may come to getting all rubber, idono

I may give skyjacker a call and see what they have. The local 4x4 shop is lookin into it but I have my boughts.
