POD's on non intercoolered
ok so i pulled this weekend and now i am lookin for some more power. I was thinking of POD's they seem to be pretty good. i was just wondering if it was much help because i have heard that 1990 have bigger injectors. i just wanted to know if they are worth the money.
I think they make 65 more hp on the intercooled engines and 40 on the non intercooled. Have you thought about upgrading the turbo? You could do that cheaper than POD's, and with just pupm tweeks you can supply enough fuel to match the turbo.
With your mods (fuel screw maxed out) I would first recommend gauges (if you dont already have them) and then more airflow mods before going with PODs. Maybe a 4" exhaust and turbo upgrades or something. With enough air though, PODs could be very beneficial.
Get em
. Even if its just a little gain, it will be a new set of clean injectors... compared to clogged or dirty stockers. Keep your old stockers for spare or to be sent off for a custom set to be made. You'll enjoy them as I did when I was nonIC'd.
