Piston Pump Conversion Question - spacer?

Well I went to Cummins Northwest to order parts for the piston pump conversion, but was dissapointed to find that the 3914284 spacer is no longer available and there are no repalcement part numbers listed.

Does antone have ideas for a repacement number? I can always make one from Noryl or phenolic if I know the thickness - any ideas?

Well, either I bought the last one or somebody is feeding you some BS. I bought all the parts a month ago and have had them on for 2 weeks. Try another cummins authorized repair shop. FWIW the spacer is approximately 1/4" thick steel. I'm sure someone can chime in with the exact thickness.

Spacer thickness?

Is the spacer 1/4" thick, or thicker? I read somewhere that it's made of steel - is that correct?

I got mine last week and haven't put it in yet. Just measured it and it appeared to be 5/32"s
