Whoa! That is one big HONKIN IC!! Trouble I see is the bumper and valance will block some air flow which kinds defeats the purpose! Correct me if I am missing something.I know you want more flow but WOW! I don't know about that mod. Looks to be a lot of work.

people like you that say it wont fit are the reason i made mine fit. its realy a peice of cake to just wack off the frame horns and build new ones. the intercooler actualy fits good the way i did it, its narrow and tall and the boots line up great.

Were you able to get your condenser in front of the IC, or do you have ac?

i didnt do a 3rd gen i/c but a ps i/c but they would probably be about the same, it was easier for me to just put the a/c condenser behind the i/c

I wonder if the condenser really needs to be in front of the IC. I have enough ac problems as it is. lol It would definitely fit behind the IC though. That's not the problem. lol

Mine is in the middle. No problems with my a/c on the crew cab this was both with the electric fan I have now and the mechanical fan I used to have on it. As long as air is flowing across it doesn't matter that much.
