parallel turbos

would it be possible to run two turbos-say an he341 and stock h1c-on a 12 valve with one in the stock position feeding into the intercooler and the other with a crossover tube non intercooled? not compounds but with the he341 on the manifold and with a hotpipe to the h1c? the he341 would go to the intercooler like normal and the h1c would go over the valve covers into the intake manifold.
