I ran across a friend that has a 95/ 3500/2wd/5spd/reg cab/273k for sale, he knows less about diesels than i do, this was his first. He bought it from car lot (255k) to pull floats around Southeast..he has just replaced some major front end parts & $1100 on IP. I was thinking about buying it to turn a profit. It runs/drive well, all anmenities work, paint (red) has some faded spots. MPG is better than 18, uses no oil between changes. Will need (2) tires about 5-7k miles, obviously he knows no history prior. He tells me he'll take 5k, he has already purchased 97 F250/auto/cc ... I am aware of the 5th gear nut & KDP problems, (he isnt) maybe both have been accomplished? what would this truck be worth?

 

take it, easy worth 7500+ I found almost a carbon copy with an auto for 7500, and most people dont know about the 5th gear nut problem, unless they read these boards.
